SHERIDAN, WYOMING – July 22, 2024 – Fitness International, LLC, a major player in the U.S. health club market,has announced its acquisition of XSport Fitness, marking a strategic move to bolster its presence across key regions.This transaction adds 35 XSport Fitness locations to Fitness International's expansive portfolio, which already includes LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness, City Sports Club, and Club Studio brands.

The acquisition, effective immediately, will see all XSport Fitness locations integrated into Fitness International's network, expanding its reach in the Chicagoland, New York, and Virginia markets. This brings Fitness International's total to over 700 clubs across 27 states and Canada, solidifying its position as a dominant force in the fitness industry.

All active memberships, including personal training agreements, will be honored at their current rates, and multi-club privileges will extend to all LA Fitness locations nationwide.
