SHERIDAN, WYOMING – Feb. 23, 2025 – Easter in Provence is set to be exceptionally sweet this year as the Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort presents its exclusive "Oeuf Bergamote." This masterfully crafted Easter egg, celebrating the flavors of Provence, will be available from April 13 to April 27, 2025.
Easter in Provence: A Tradition of Indulgence
In France, Easter is a celebration of tradition and indulgence, particularly known for elaborately designed chocolate eggs, the "Oeufs en chocolat." This tradition, often filled with "Fritures" (small chocolates), is practiced with particular devotion in Provence.
The Oeuf Bergamote: A Masterpiece by the Chef Pâtissier
Chef Pâtissier Jérémie Gressier pays homage to the flavors of Provence with his "Oeuf Bergamote." Made with products from Lucangeli, this Easter egg captures the essence of the South, a perfect balance of sour, bitter, and sweet notes.
The "Oeuf Bergamote" is made with 70% organic chocolate from Sierra Leone by Maison Duplanteur, filled with a praline of organic almonds from Sicily. The addition of organic bergamot peel and organic bergamot marmalade gives the egg a refreshing and slightly acidic note. "The Oeuf Bergamote highlights the flavors of the South, refined by sour, bitter, and sweet notes," says Chef Pâtissier Jérémie Gressier.
This exclusive Easter egg will be available at Terre Blanche from April 13 to April 27, 2025, and can be collected upon pre-order at a price of €75.
