The company has announced the addition of the Lennox Hotel Miami Beach to its growing portfolio, marking its sixth property in the vibrant South Florida city.

Strategic Acquisition in Miami Beach

The 118-room Lennox Hotel Miami Beach, formerly the Peter Miller Hotel, is a prime addition to Yurbban's portfolio. Located conveniently near the beach and the Miami Beach Convention Center, the hotel comprises four interconnected buildings surrounding a tranquil courtyard with a Mediterranean-style pool. Record-Breaking Revenue Growth

Yurbban Hospitality Group's success extends beyond portfolio expansion. In 2024, the company exceeded its revenue targets, achieving a turnover of more than 40 million euros (approximately $41 million)—a remarkable 50% increase from 2023. This impressive growth is attributed to strong performance in the Iberian region and the company's strategic expansion in the U.S. In Miami Beach, Yurbban also manages Uma House by Yurbban, Crest Hotel & Suites, Casa Boutique Hotel, and Aqua Hotel.
